We have now found 2 customers who have been excessively running water inside and outside their home trying to “flush the system”. This is detrimental to the community, and it must not happen again. This is the cause for the brown water you are experiencing, and it caused our tanks to be emptied last Friday (10.23.26) causing many of you to not have any water on Saturday.

Please do not use your faucets or your outside garden hose to run water continuously.

Anyone caught doing this as of 10.27.2026 will be charged a fee of $500.00 for the first offense and $1000.00 for each occurrence after.
