You will need to fill out the application located under the “Forms” section on the home page of our website. Taps are $2000.00 for the English Mountain area only. All other areas have a different tap fee. Include a copy of your floor plans along with the application, build or install date. All bedrooms must be clearly marked on all plans
East Sevier County Utility District is not accepting new sewer connections at this time. We will be happy to give you a letter for the Environmental Department so you can apply for a septic permit/soil test.
Not all lots on English Mountain have access to water and or sewer service. Each Lot must be assessed by our techs to determine if service is available. We require a map of the lot showing location and roads connected to the lot so our crew can determine service availability. You will need to submit the map along with if your plans are to build or place a mobile home on the lot, number of bedrooms and date you plan to begin to [email protected] The application for service is located on our website under “Forms” .
ESCUD provides water and sewer service to English Mountain and The Preserve.
Tap fees are as follows: Water tap-$2,000.00 Sewer tap-$2,000.00.
Please note: some lots will require a sewer pump to be installed that will assist with
pumping the sewer to our main line. We do not provide those but will be happy to advise you on what you will need.
All tap fees must be paid in full before Will Serve is issued and taps installed.
Once taps are installed (if new tap) you will be responsible for all pipes and the cost
to connect from the tap to your home. ESCUD does not install on private property or
repair pipes on private property.
Existing taps will need to be checked by ESCUD before you connect to the tap.
ALL lines will need to be inspected by an ESCUD employee BEFORE they are
covered up. Existing lines may need to be uncovered for inspection. This is to ensure
connections are correct and no blockage exist in the lines. ESCUD will require new
lines installed on old connections if there is any sign of cracks or damaged lines.
