To address the water situation in The Preserve:
We’ve decided to impose a 500 gallon per day restriction on meters in the Preserve as we work towards a better situation. If everyone would try their best to stay close to this parameter it will allow us to not drain the system. This is not a permanent restriction, it is temporary until we can get our new well in service and connected to the Preserve’s treatment facility. We are also moving to volumetric billing next month for water and sewer.
