The business office of East Sevier County Utility District will be open for business by phone or email Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm. The business office will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and all major/government holidays. All lot inquires for water and sewer need to be emailed along with a detailed map showing lot and road to [email protected]

To make your monthly payment you may use the link on this website under Pay Online, Call 866.905.1016 to pay by phone, mail your payment to: East Sevier County Utility District, PO BOX 185, Benton, KY 42025. You can also pay by credit card by calling the business office. Payments can now be dropped off at the drop box at the former office at 1529 Alpine Dr. We do not guarantee any payments dropped in the drop box nor that payments will reach the payment center before due date, this is due to the history of vandalism of the payment box. We suggest if you drop a payment in the drop box to call or email the business office so we can retrieve the payment.
