- I was just informed our techs started flushing on 04.07.26 on Black Oak due to several calls wanting the system flushed. They will continue to flush today and possibly thru out the week.
- Payment notices will be going out this week for those that are 2 months or more in arrears. Shut off of water service will begin on April 20th, 2026
- If you cannot make your monthly water/sewer bill please contact our business office at 865.446.2075 Monday thru Thursday 9am to 3pm to set up a payment plan or email [email protected].
- To qualify for a payment plan you must not have been on one before and failed to make the payments. You must make a down payment on the payment plan. You must pay the payment PLUS the current monthly amount due each month on or before the 15th. Missing your payment plan payment will result in the full amount due. If you cannot make your payment please contact our office ASAP BEFORE you get behind.
